How to secure INDEPENDENCE from the ‘inevitable’ apocalypse that we are mindlessly headed towards?

There’s a looming danger of an apocalypse that threatens human existence on this planet. If climate change isn’t a red enough herring, no one can deny the effects of Covid-19 in revealing the cracks in our society. Instead of uniting against this collective crisis, we are stuck in a narrow and competitive mindset concerned only with limited and rivalrous goals.
